Cultivation and Treatments
These sparkling wines are produced using the traditional method of a second fermentation in the bottle. The wines are kept on their lies for between two and three years and Soild after disgorging.
Fizzy and sparkling wines are perfect as an aperitif or with a dessert and can be enjoyed anytime day or night.
Sparkling Vouvray is available in two forms :
Fizzy Vouvray with a pressure of 2.5 bar,
Sparkling Vouvray with a pressure of 5.5 bar.
