Le Mont - 2011
A perfect expression of Vouvray with Chenin Blanc's natural sugar level and acidity in harmony with our vineyard terroir. This off-dry white wine is crafted with gentle precision to showcase its balance and structure. After berries are harvested at optimal ripeness and finely pressed, a controlled fermentation occurs in French oak barrels using natural yeasts living in our cellars. The wine is then left to age for six months until it is ready for bottling.
Every vintage offering provides a unique drinking experience at different moments of its evolution in the bottle. A versatile wine that pairs wonderfully with seafood, poultry and ethnic cuisines.
Aromatic palate :
A charming nose that presents a bouquet of fresh white flowers in its youth. Touches of almond and quince flavors on the palate round out stony minerality beneath the surface. A gentle finish of mandarin orange and citrus notes.
