Clos du Bourg - 2007
The 2007 Moelleux offering is a special bottling from our estate Clos Du Bourg vineyard. This slightly sweet white wine is crafted from a hand-selection of passerillage berries mixed with small quantity of botritized berries which remained on the vine after our primary harvest period.
Aromatic palate :
A subtle nose of exotic fruits with sweet notes of lychee and honey sets the tone in this wonderful Chenin. The wine's silkiness, sprinkled with an abundance of minerality and mandarin orange confit, create harmony on the palate. A hint of spice with a touch of sweetness provides good weight on the finish.
